QOF Assessor Reports Generation Project

Acknowledgements

This website was created for the sole purpose of supporting the Quality and Outcomes Framework (“QOF”) Assessor Validation Reports Software produced by Apollo Medical Systems ("Apollo") for the NHS agency Connecting for Health (“Connecting for Health”).

Dataset & business rules regarding QOF specifications and official policy advice are published by the Department of Health.

The prime contractor for the project is BT Syntegra, part of BT plc, registered office 81 Newgate Street, London, EC1A 7AJ.

Apollo Medical Systems provide software, pre-defined reports, and operational support for the duration of the trial. Software is provided on a license basis.
