Overview

This website has been created to support the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) Assessment process at the GP Practice. The website allows practices to download the QOF Assessor Validation Reports Software provided by Apollo. Included with this software is a QOF Wizard which provides the QOF Assessor with a convenient way to view the QOF Assessment Report criteria, run the QOF reports, analyse the practice information collated and forward the anonymised results by e-mail to the QOF Lead at the PCT.
