  Turning data into Information!
SQL Suite (Sequel Suite) is a local clinical audit tool from Apollo that provides a practice with unparalleled reporting functionality.
SQL makes reporting easy. Would you like to:

  • Know why GP contract payments are down or why you have missed your immunisation targets?
  • Produce detailed appointments statistics, instantly?
  • Produce NSF statistics in the exact format required by your PCT with a single report?

The most comprehensive reporting solution for General Practice, let us take the hard work out of getting your audit data. There are over 250 standard reports available including clinical governance and NSF reports, PMS performance reports and practice based commissioning analysis. In addition to providing these we will write any report you wish as part of our reporting service. Within a couple of mouse clicks you can have a wealth of information at your fingertips.
Already in use by thousands of practices across the UK for Department of Health sponsored projects such as the QOF Assessor Toolkit and others, Apollo SQL Suite is available for all major clinical systems.
  How Does It Work?
SQL Suite is based on the industry standard Structured Query Language used by database designers and managers around the world on systems as different as Windows, IBM and Sun. Because SQL Suite understands the way in which your practice data is stored within the database tables of your clinical system, it allows reports to be written that can access any data, clinical, administrative - even appointment data - recorded in the patient's electronic record. The output from these audits is then sent directly to a standard MicroSoft Excel spreadsheet where all of the functionality of that package can be used to sort, filter, analyse, print and so on.
Can a practice write its own reports?
You don’t need to! Simply let us know what you want to find and if an existing query is not already available for this we will write a bespoke one for you. There is a nominal charge for this service.
  How Flexible Is SQL Suite?
Very. Most reports are written so that many of the parameters are variable. For example, if you downloaded a ready made report that looked for patients over 65 with a systolic BP greater than 180 you could simply change one or both of these variables to different values - e.g. patients over 60 with BP greater than 160 and run the report as normal. The variable nature of SQL Suites report criteria is one of its most powerful features.
  How Much Does It Cost?
The Apollo SQL Suite software is now already installed in most practices, however, to gain access to the Apollo query repository for your system – giving you many pre-written queries that can be run at the click of a mouse – you will need to purchase a licence. This is currently £399 plus VAT for the first year and includes access to our technical support help desk. From year two onwards, the cost of renewing this licence is just £150 plus VAT.
  Can I Trial The Software?
Yes, simply visit www.apollo-medical.com and you can download a fully working version of SQL Suite for a free 10 day trial.
