support the GP Patient Survey on behalf of Department of Health.
Acceptance
Apollo provides the Patient Experience Survey
Project website (“website”) for your use subject to the conditions contained
in this document. By accessing this site, including browsing, downloading
files or following external links, you agree to and are bound by these
terms. The terms may be updated at any time and will be posted on the
website so please review this page regularly.
Users
The website is provided for sole use of participants
in the GP Patient Survey or other persons authorised by Apollo or Department
of Health. This is not a public website, anyone not
authorised to view this content must leave immediately. Authorised
users include officials from the Department of Health, participating PCT's
and GP
practices, and the technical team at Apollo.
Intellectual Property
All title and intellectual property rights in this
website, including text and graphical content, and downloadable files are
owned by Apollo Medical Systems. Where content is not owned by Apollo it is
provided as an external link. Unless otherwise stated, all Apollo software
is licensed to the end user, not sold.
