Patient Survey website produced by Apollo Medical Systems Limited (“Apollo”)
for the sole purpose to support the presentation of the GP Patient Survey
results on
behalf of Department of Health.

information gathered by the website and the steps taken to safeguard it.
Anyone who believes that this policy is not being followed should contact
the webmaster.
Collection of data
The website itself does not collect or in any way
access any patient data. For tracking purposes, downloads may require a name,
role and / or practice code to be entered. This data is used by the
Department of Health and Apollo to track and support practices using the
service and will be destroyed on completion of the project.

Apollo will take reasonable measures to protect
against unauthorised access to the website and its data. The website will be
physically secure and protected against Internet threats and viruses.
