Apollo Medical Systems, the leading supplier of Primary Care data to the NHS and Private Sector in the UK, today announced the launch of its new campaign manager product: AIR. AIR enables GP practices to improve take up of specialist clinics and vastly reduce costly DNAs. The solution ensures that patients receive vital information in their chosen format, via text, email, phone or letter. AIR has been piloted in several practices and works in conjunction with most of the UK’s leading GP clinical systems.
AIR uses intelligent routing to target delivery of vital patient messages via text and email, whilst also providing a telephone contact list and mail merge facility. A Campaign Dashboard provides a comprehensive summary of the campaign progress, with individual patient responses presented in a convenient list. From here, message details and patient responses can be coded directly into the patient record, whilst repeat messages can be sent to non-responders.
