Apollo AIR is a unique patient communication solution that enables GP practices to communicate efficiently with patients, by using their preferred method of contact, whether text, letter, email or phone. Incorporating SMS technology and supplemented by a managed mailing service, the solution is proven to reduce DNAs (Did Not Attends), cut costs and reduce administrative time.
Simple and Intuitive
The Campaign Wizard within Apollo Air can be used to generate a message campaign. The user is taken through a series of steps to select the campaign type, create a targeted list of recipients and define the message content. Once patient communication preferences have been stored, Apollo Air automatically manages the delivery of text and email messages, while generating a list of telephone numbers and addresses for those patients who have stated a preference to be contacted by telephone or letter.
Apollo works in partnership with Docmail to provide a low cost, ‘one click’ mailing service. At the click of a button, users can transmit an electronic document and mailing list to Docmail, where it will be printed and posted for less than a standard mailing.

Advanced Campaign Management
Apollo AIR’s intuitive Campaign Dashboard provides an overall view of campaign progress and a detailed view that illustrates the status of each individual message, to indicate when it has been sent, received and responded to. This enables the user to quickly identify and follow up on campaigns that require further attention. A date filter on the Dashboard allows the user to review historic campaigns, to measure the success of the patient contact thus providing excellent auditability.
Fire and Forget
Apollo AIR operates on a “fire and forget” basis: once the system has sent the text, Apollo AIR will automatically track and monitor the status of the patient response, and a corresponding Read Code is entered directly into the patient medical record.
